great podcast. I went through the same thing with a Dr. It got me so depressed it caused me to lose my desire and drive to keep going for a while. He told me,after I managed to lose 3lbs while vacationing in PR, he said, "Let's face it you could've lost that by using the bathroom!" What a major a-hole!!! It still stings a bit. Thank you for bringing this topic out into the light. 👍
