Another great talk, and right on time for me. I am doing great with exercise still, stronger every day but in lifetime mode I am having trouble with my eating. I have upped the amount of exercise, so I am thinking maybe I need to eat more protein snacks in my workday so I stay full longer and don't go for stuff that I shouldn't be. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and making me think
